Shipping
All of our blends are created and packaged by hand. Orders may take up to 2 days before they ship from our production studio.
Orders over $60 are eligible to receive free shipping within Australia. Orders will be sent with either Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or Couriers Please. Orders under $60 will be a charged a shipping fee of approximately $10.
We are open normal business hours 8:30 am – 5pm from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or on ACT public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery
If you are not home or available to accept the delivery during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to ensure you have provided ‘Authority to leave’. If this is selected at checkout, your parcel will be left in safe place if you are not available to accept the delivery. Please note that this option is not covered by insurance. If you uncheck this option, your parcel will require a signature for delivery, and if you are not available to accept the delivery, a collection notice will be left. Please contact us if you do not receive this notice.

Refunds & Exchanges
If there is an error with your order on arrival, or you are dissatisfied with the product in any way please contact us by email at hello@teagarden.co, and we will do our best to promptly assist you.
If deemed necessary we will process a refund, exchange or replacement upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Tea Garden Co is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received.
Refunds are made at the discretion of Tea Garden Co and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Kindly note that we do not process returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
